General
This contract is governed by the laws in force in Catalonia tourism and more specifically the Decree 159/2012 of 20 November, and in any case it is not applicable Tenancies Act.
Interpretation of fares
The prices shown on the Website are per apartment per day.
Prices for short
For stays less than 7 days carry a 20% surcharge on the price shown on the Web.
Privacy of your data
Your personal data will receive the treatment they deserve in accordance with the Data Protection Act, and in any case be transferred to third parties for any commercial activity or other.
On arrival
Show up at our offices, the entrance is at 17 H where shall pay the balance of the reserve and compulsory deposit, and where he will deliver the keys to the apartment. NO CHECKS
At the outlet
Return of the keys and the bond if nothing is broken. Checkout is at 10 am.
Bail
A collection of the keys to the property is given a longer amount stipulated as a deposit which will be refunded in full upon departure if nothing is broken or damaged, in which case be deducted from the deposit. All materials and items needed are included in the rent, except the bed sheets and clothing as private, towels and clothing that is considered personal.
Upon entering the corresponding rent the tenant acknowledges that is given in working condition and clean, so it should deliver on the same terms at the end of your stay.
Timetable
The entrance to the apartments takes place from 17:00. The output of the apartments is at 10:00 am.
The agency closed holidays, unless a scheduled arrival in the contract, or in the case of an agreement with the agency.
Cancellation
Once paid the deposit, the tenant has the option to cancel the booking, in which case the following penalties will be applied:
5% of the deposit payment if the cancellation is made with more than 30 days before the date of occupation.
50% of the deposit when the cancellation of the reservation is made within 30 and 7 days before arrival.
If the tenant does not arrive within 48 h without contacting us, the booking will be canceled losing the deposit. If the tenant notifies his delay, there will be no reduction for the losing days.
Maximum number of occupants
The occupancy of a number of people exceeding that fixed in the reserve will result in immediate expulsion without right to reimbursement of the amount of the reserve.
Others
The cost of supplies such as electricity / water / gas are included in the price, in the summer season.
Claims will only be accepted within 48 hours of stay.
Neither the company that manages the property or the owner of the objects respond to customers left in the property covered by this contract or in the common areas or annexes thereof, or of the possible consequences of thefts or burglaries in apartments or common areas or adjoining.
During the period of this contract customer allocated housing as housing and housing conditions for tourist use, and always in accordance with the conditions of the current tourism legislation
Furniture, household equipment and appliances containing the dwelling and the common elements or attachments will go to their intended use, answering the customer signing this contract personally harm himself or persons occupying the property under contract can cause the same.

The issues between the parties arising from this contract shall be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Board of Catalonia.
Everything refers to the system of prices, rates, reservations and additional services in tourist accommodation, the cancellation of reservations and the overall enjoyment of the dwelling for tourist use will be regulated in accordance with regulations in Catalonia and specifically applying the Decree 159/2012 of 20 November.
